Important Information Before You Book
Terms and Conditions for Booking a Safari
1. Booking and Payment Terms
• A 30% deposit of the total safari cost is required to confirm your booking. This secures accommodations, park fees, and related services.
• The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 45 days before arrival or upon arrival in cash (USD, Euro, or British Pound).
2. Accepted Payment Methods
• Bank Transfer – Bank details provided on request. All bank charges must be paid by the sender.
• Online Payments – We accept Pesapal (Visa, Mastercard, and mobile money supported).
3. Booking Confirmation
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the 30% deposit.
• Late payments may lead to cancellation or re-quotation based on availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged by Tanzania Safari Deluxe Tours.
• 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus transaction fees.
• 31–59 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit refunded.
• 30 days or less: Deposit is non-refundable.
5. Currency and Exchange Rates
• All prices are in USD. Payments in Euro or GBP will be converted using current bank or Pesapal rates.
6. Travel Insurance
• Clients are advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
7. Liability Disclaimer
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, flight disruptions, pandemics).
8. Amendments
• Terms and conditions may change without prior notice. Updated terms will apply to new and existing bookings unless otherwise stated.
